Processing Time

At Blackout Cookie Co., we bake each order fresh to ensure every cookie arrives in perfect condition. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after our daily cutoff or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping and Delivery Times

Express Shipping: Because fresh is best, our express shipping is the only way to receive your order (usually 1-2 business days in major areas).

Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email so you can follow your cookies on their journey to you.

Same-Day Dispatch (Limited Time Offer)

When available, orders placed by 10 a.m. (AEST) can be baked and shipped out the same day. Please note that this option depends on daily order volume and may not be available during peak periods.

We currently ship Australia-wide. Delivery times vary based on location and are subject to carrier schedules. Please check our estimated delivery times at checkout for more specific information.
